upon coming back from Indonesia in May it finally hit me what disgusting shape i had let myself idle in since dislocating my knee leaving me pretty much completely immobile for nearly 6 mths. throughout the summer i shipped out and shapped up and dropped 35lbs, 20lbs in the first month driven by the sudden shock of how i had been carrying myself for a year. 90% of my goal has been to get more fit...
