HOLY FUCK TODAY IS THE FIRST TIME I BOUGHT TOFU TODAY AND THEN MADE A FUCKING VEGAN DESSERT.
This is actually the easiest, healthiest, tastiest, and quickest dessert i’ve ever made all in one. This is the receipe I half-assedly followed, but i used specifically;
- 2 300g packs of Soft Tofu
- 796mL of unsweetened pure pumpkin
- 1 heaping tablespoon of brown sugar
- 2 table spoons of graham cracker crumbs
- a buttload of cinnamon
and I hand-blendered the fuck out of it, put it in little ramekins, and ate the rest of what was in the mixing bowl for dinner. probably could have filled about 6-8 ramekins - I used barely any sugar because it gives me bellyaches, but you can get on with your bad self and add all the sugar you want.
